• The company was founded by its principals in 1995 on the basis of their expertise in Electronic Warfare. It has grown from a small service oriented organisation to a provider of sophisticated systems to the ADF. Repeat business attests to customer satisfaction.



• Now a member of the Ultra Electronics group of companies with ownership through Ultra Electronics Australia to Ultra Electronics plc in the UK.



• Ultra brought with it the Air Warfare Destroyer Sonar contract which entails significant integration and set-to-work activities to be performed locally.



• Avalon Systems’ quality management system has been accredited to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008.



• The companies facility was purpose built and is cleared for secure defence work.
