Avalon Systems produces EW sub-systems to meet the requirements of defence customers and EW systems houses. The sub-systems are based on output from the company's R&D program and collaboration with the Defence Science and Technology Organisation (DSTO). Products supplied by Avalon Systems include:

- Airborne ELINT sub-systems
- Programming and validation systems for EW Self Protection (EWSP) systems
- Signal analysis software applications
- High sensitivity digital receivers
- Specific Emitter Identification (SEI) systems
- EW Training Systems
For the AWD sonar, Avalon Systems is undertaking system integration, installation, set to work and system trials.It will have the responsibility for management of Australian and overseas suppliers. A facility will be established to conduct in country support.
With years of design, development , manufacture and sustainment experience in the Australian Defence environment, Avalon Systems is well placed to support OEM’s in adapting their products for the ADF and providing LoT ISS.
